Mr Alwitry's Practical Guide for Health Care Students and Professionals 'Complaints, Litigation and Clinical Errors' will be published at the end of 2021.
Mr Alwitry is an experienced medicolegal examiner and reporter, having written numerous reports for both plaintiff and defendant. He holds a Masters in Medical Law and consequently has an in depth understanding of the duties and requirements involved in writing medical reports. He is also able to write reports for personal injury claimants.
He sees a broad variety of acute and chronic ophthalmic patients and so is in a position to comment and give an expert opinion on a wide range of eye conditions.
He has published two ophthalmic texts as sole author and has edited a leading text for ophthalmic trainees. He has also published in excess of thirty pieces in the worldwide medical literature. He is thus an experienced writer in both the medical education and medicolegal fields.

One of the key aspects of the medicolegal services provided is the guaranteed quick turn around. He is able to write reports based purely on the clinical documentation or based upon a clinical examination.
Due to volume of work Mr Alwitry only accepts clinical negligence case instruction and no longer undertakes personal injury cases.
